Phase 1 consists of 50,000 sq. ft. of flex warehouse space with four loading docks and common men and women’s bathrooms. The building shell is made up of convention steel from Butler Manufacturing and precast concrete wall panels. Upon completion, Dayton Business Park will be among the finest in flex warehouse spaces offering the convenience of ground level storage and loading docks for easy access, availability, and a location only a short distance away from major cities like Philadelphia and New York City. This commercial warehouse space can be used for virtually any use whether it be manufacturing, distribution, industrial, storage, office, medical, and much much more.
